Mobile Application Development September 2025
MAPD BUS 1304 September-October 2025
Our students have the skills to build native applications for mobile devices, as well as cross-platform web applications. They have used a variety of technologies and programming languages and have the skills to develop and design mobile applications using Android, Web, and SQL. We are looking to create a first-time mentorship opportunity for our students by pairing them with a skilled mobile application developer at your company who can mentor and support our students through a small project.

Our students have the skills to create and manage organizational process change as well as an understanding of how to gather, document, and communicate stakeholder requirements. Students are well suited to recommend and evaluate solutions, provide quality assurance criteria, perform some data modeling and project management. We are looking to create a first-time mentorship opportunity for our students by pairing them with a skilled business analyst at your company who can mentor and support our students through a small project.
Analytics Capstone Spring 2025
HAGC
This capstone project is part of the Business Analytics (BAPG), Health Analytics (HAGC), and Crime Analytics (CAGC) graduate certificate programs at Cambrian College. The students will participate in various projects involving different types of data, ranging from qualitative data gathering, quantitative data and analysis, technical projects, or other projects that align with their skillsets. This could include but is not limited to large and/or complex data, gathering data, conducting program evaluation, development and deployment of surveys, help with funding applications, create dashboards and analysis, and work with various types of data to support decisions using analytics in a wide array of industries. Students can research, apply analytical models, methodologies, and tools learned in the program to analyze data. Faculty mentors will work with students to ensure the capstone project reflects, and encompasses, best practices for big data analytics and project management.
