Project Purpose

To research, map, and recommend ways to strengthen the value creation process of Teaching Into the Future, with a focus on integrating offerings, building sustainable resources, and identifying collaborations that protect and promote human-centred education in an AI-driven world.

Project Objectives

  1. Map the Current Value Chain
  • Identify and document all current offerings and services.
  • Describe how each activity contributes value to the client (schools, teachers, parents).
  1. Research Opportunities for Integration
  • Explore ways to link online courses, mentorship, and resources into a seamless experience
  1. Highlight Human-Centred Differentiators
  • Define how the emphasis on imagination, inspiration, and intuition can be a competitive advantage.

  • A short, clear statement describing the unique human-centred value proposition for use in marketing, proposals, or presentations.
